Our Bicycle Service & Repair

Russell's Cycling & Fitness Center has been offering quality service and bicycle repair for their customers since 1977. The service department has been updated and repainted in World Championship colors, but the second to none service has remained steadfast. Our highly trained Service Team works on all makes and models whether it was bought from us or not. Our promise to our customers is to offer dependable service time and time again.

 

*Listed below are the starting prices for each of our maintenance packages. Prices increase with the level of components on your bike. Please refer to our staff for a free estimate!

Safety Check:

This check is designed for our customers who have a very short amount of time free for us to work on their bike. Our highly trained Service Team will spend on average 30 minutes on your bike adjusting the shifters, brakes, and other small adjustments we see during the service. If you have more time and your bike requires more service, we really recommend moving up to the MP3A and MP4A. Our staff is ready to help you decide what your bike needs.

MP3A:

This is a great maintenance package which will make your bike mechanically sound and set for the season. This service will require you to leave your bike with us unless arrangements are made. Please call our store to set up an appointment if you have a tight time schedule to have service done. Otherwise walk-ins are welcome and we will set up scheduling when you drop off the bike.

The MP3A Includes:

• Adjust the brakes / derailleurs
• Adjust the hubs / bottom bracket / headset
• True both wheels
• Lube all pivot points and chain
• Rotate tires

Starting Price: $69.50*

MP4A:

This tune up is our specialty. Our Service Team out does themselves on this one making your bike look brand new! They start by power washing all of the dirt, grease, and grime off of the frame, wheels, and tires (which goes a long way for a bike that just came off the trails). Next they de-grease the drivetrain which knocks off all of the grease/dirt that has built up over time and hard miles. Once the major cleaning is done we can properly make all of the adjustments of the MP3A. We follow up with a complete lubrication of the bike making it a smooth running machine. We polish the hubs and rims, and clean the side walls of your tires with ArmourAll which will help prevent dry rot. Our Service Team finishes by adding a coat of polish to the frame which protects it from the elements. I assure you that you will be pleased with the professional job that our Service Team does on the MP4A.

Aside from our Maintenance Packages, we offer service that can be done a la carte. Below are some examples of what we do most often, but there are lots of things we do which are not listed.
